چکیده
In order to investigate the influence of high-altitude aquatic environment on indigenous fish metabolites, metabolomics studies were applied in this study. Widespread throughout main stem Nujiang River Schizothorax nukiangensis, we established sampling sites at high (3890 m) and low (2100 altitudes selected six S. nukiangensis each location, weighing approximately 150 g looking healthy. Then, analysis was performed compare various metabolites two groups. Low concentrations amino acids, dipeptides, eicosapentaenoic acid, docosahexaenoic pentadecanoic Thioetheramide-PC, 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphatidylcholine, 1-Stearoyl-sn-glycerol-3-phosphocholine, 1-Myristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine 1-Palmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, S-Methyl-5’-thioadenosine, creatine, D-mannose-6-phosphate, D-mannose-1-phosphate, oleic acid myristoleic found liver. These differentially accumulated involved oxidative stress, energy metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism lipid metabolism. mTOR signaling pathway, apoptosis lysosome KEGG pathways that enriched between different groups ensure supply limit tissue damage altitudes. All these results contributed understanding adaptation River. Information System of the Wetlands on the Qinghai-tibet Plateau
This study establishes an information system of the wetlands and lakes on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. We sort up on the wetlands and use Visual Basic 6.0 for the management and development of MapObjects, and the ArcSDE pattern to place the spatial and attribute data into the Microsoft SQL Server relational integrated database. We demonstrate how this Wetland Information System, containing all th...
متن کاملGroup size effect on vigilance: evidence from Tibetan gazelle in Upper Buha River, Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
Tibetan gazelle Procapra picticaudata is a threatened and endemic species to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. With the method of group scan sampling, we observed the behaviours of males and females of the gazelle in the two summers of 2005 and 2006, in order to test the group size effect on group vigilance. We found that male gazelles were significantly more vigilant than the females at both group sc...
متن کاملGenetic structure and historical demography of Schizothorax nukiangensis (Cyprinidae) in continuous habitat
Geographic distance, different living habitats or Pleistocene climatic oscillations have frequently been found to shape population genetic structure in many species. The genetic structure of Schizothorax nukiangensis, a high altitude, valuable fish species, which is distributed throughout the Nujiang River, was investigated by mitochondrial DNA sequence analysis. The cytochrome c oxidase subuni...

In this study, the complete mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) sequence of Schizothorax yunnanensis paoshanensis is determined for the first time. The complete mtDNA genome sequence of S. yunnanensis paoshanensis is 16,585 bp in length. It consists of 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, 2 rRNA genes and a putative control region (D-loop region). The gene order of S. yunnanensis paoshanensis ...
متن کاملGenetic Adaptation of Schizothoracine Fish to the Phased Uplifting of the Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau
Many species of Schizothoracine, a subfamily of Cyprinidae, are highly endemic to the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau (QTP). To characterize the adaptive changes associated with the Schizothoracine expansion at high altitudes, we sequenced tissue transcriptomes of two highland and two subhighland Schizothoracines and analyzed gene evolution patterns by comparing with lowland cyprinids. Phylogenetic tre...
